You can pay for your order using a bank card via the Internet
To do this, you need:
1. Make an order in any way convenient for you:
- through the shopping cart in our online showcase arwood.org
- write to telegram, whatsapp, viber or call: +375 (29) 8031462
- write to e-mail: arwood.org@gmail.com
2. After processing and clarifying all the details, we will send an email to your e-mail with a link to pay for the service.
Clicking on the link will take you to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system
3. The order number and the payment amount in Belarusian rubles (ВYN) will be indicated on the payment page. To make a payment, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the "Pay" button.
*If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will ask you to go
through the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on your bank's page
(the bank that issued your card).
4. After payment, we will proceed to the production of your order.
In due time after the order is sent to you, we will send an email to your email with the track number of the shipment.
*Please note that after the payment is made, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified.
We ask you to save the payment data. We accept payments using the following bank cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart, MIR, Google Play and Yandex Pay.
The refund is made to the card from which the payment was made earlier.
The period of receipt of funds to the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the refund by the seller.

Processing time
All products presented on our online showcase are made to order. We will ship the order you paid for within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving the payment.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped.
Delivery time
The delivery time in Belarus is 2-3 days
The delivery time for international shipments is from 2 to 4 weeks.
Each parcel is assigned a number by which you can track the location of the parcel.
Import fees
For some countries, additional import fees may be charged according to the laws of the receiving country. We make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If there are additional costs, you will be notified at the point of receipt.
